- Ingredients: Citric Acid, Baking Soda, Menthol, Eucalyptus Essential Oil
- Perfect for daily shower and when congested from a cold or allergies
- Directions: place in shower under water and let dissolve while showering, breathe deeply
- For mild intensity, place on floor, for medium intensity place higher up in shower niche or on hanging soap dish. For high intensity place in a bowl of steaming water, place a towel over your head, position your head over the bowl and breathe deeply
